October will be UU History Month at the
Unitarian Universalist Fellowship at Stony Brook

To know nothing of what happened before you took your place on earth, is to remain a child for ever and ever.                                          author unknown

There are many interesting facets to our long history and there were extraordinary people who played important roles in our church(es) as well as on the national and international scene.

We are planning a number of activities for the month and the coming year. Please peruse this site using the links in the left column.

For your reading and reference the book Unitarian Universalism a narrative history by David E. Bumbaugh, Meadville Lombard Press, 2000 is strongly recommended.  ($15 at the UUA Bookstore)

This web site will be continuously under construction through October, 2005.
Comments and recommended additions are welcome.
